Letter, Los Angeles, to College topics [manuscript] 1903 March 15.

Nation inveighs against use of alcohol and tobacco, states she would like to come to Virginia and recommends the formation of a prohibition alliance. With the letter is an account, 1959, by Helen Clark Lancaster of how her husband wrote the letter that inspired Nation's above reply, and an article, 1959 Oct. 21, in the Cavalier daily regarding the above letters.
